Ingredients
- 6 x Porkinson Bangers
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 400g pack ready rolled puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- Maille Dijon mustard for serving

Method
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the Porkinson Bangers over a medium heat to brown all over. Remove from the heat and cool.
Spread the pastry on a worktop and roll out just a little more. Cut into 1cm/½in strips and wrap the pastry around sausages, barley sugar style, and secure underneath. Place on a baking tray. Brush the pastry liberally with beaten egg.
Bake in a preheated oven gas mark 6, 400°F, 200°C for 15 minutes, or until the pastry is risen and crisp and golden. Serve with Dijon mustard.
